Raja Nahar Singh PalaceSteeped in history is the famous Raja Nahar Singh Palace of Ballabgarh, Faridabad. It is believed to be built by the forefathers of Raja Nahar Singh. The construction started around 1739 AD and continued till 1850. The magnificent structure talks about the rich heritage and culture of the by-gone era. Kartik cultural fair which is held in the month of November each year, is celebrated with great enthusiasm.
Today the palace which has been converted into a hotel is maintained by Haryana Government. It is a great picnic spot for the people of Faridabad and Delhi as well. The area is calm and peaceful which offers a refreshing change from the concrete jungle of the cities.
